Regular Reverse Osmosis Spiral-wound Membranes
HG-MW/HG-MG/HG-MD Series

AMESTEC's cost-effective reverse osmosis membrane series has stable salt rejection and water production, pollution resistance and easy cleaning, ensuring long-term stable operation of the system and reducing user operating costs. A new product with a neutral surface charge is almost unaffected by the adsorption of a charge such as a surfactant. It adopts different water inlet channels commonly used in the industry and has good cleanability.

Large Flux and Ultra-Low Pressure Reverse Osmosis Membranes
HG-ML/HG-MK Series

AMESTEC Hg-ML/HG-MK series is energy-saving composite reverse osmosis membranes with ultra-low pressure and large flux. Under the same water yield, operating pressure is 1/3 lower than that of regular reverse osmosis spiral-wound membrane elements, while the advantages of high salt rejection rate and low total cost of water production are being maintained. So that a lot of energy can be saved and reverse osmosis systems become more acceptable to customers.

Operation and Cleaning Parameters

● Max. operating pressure: 600psi

● Typical operating pressure: 100psi

● Pressure drop of single membrane element: <8psi

● Recovery rate: 15%

● Max. operating temperature: 50℃

● Max. cleaning temperature: 50℃

Anti-fouling Reverse Osmosis Membranes
HG-MFR/HG-MFL Series

AMESTEC HG-MFR/HG-MFL series is anti-fouling reverse osmosis membranes, which is developed by taking use of new type membrane technology, whose membrane surface charge is neutral, which is not affected almost by the surfactant etc charge substances adsorption. It adopts the widest inlet water channels of the industry, reducing the possibilities of fouling membrane elements and obviously improving cleaning effect.
Main characteristics:
High salt rejection;
High anti-fouling, stable operation;
High porosity, large water yield, high quality product water.

Ultrapure Water Reverse Osmosis Membranes
HG-MW/ HG-MG Series

AMESTEC ultrapure water reverse osmosis membrane element has the characteristics of high salt rejection, high anti-fouling, high removal rate of boron, silicon, germanium and so on, so as to avoid EDI system from being effected by inlet water quality changes, even cause the fluctuation of product water quality of the system. Such membrane element has long chemical cleaning cycle, stable product water quality, which is the most suitable desalination component before ultrapure water EDI system for the microelectronics industry.
