Waste Acid Recovery System

AMESTEC provides waste acid recovery solution for a steel cable processing enterprise.

The daily processing capacity is 2,500 tons. First, the metal ion and the acid solution are separated by a nanofiltration system in a dilute acid environment, and the metal ion removal rate exceeds 98%.

Then, through the high-pressure RO system, the acid solution concentration is carried out under the operating pressure of 50-60bar, wherein the product water of reverse osmosis is used for rinsing the steel cable after pickling, and the concentrated acid is reused to the steel cable pickling process to achieve emission reduction and acid reuse.
